My Structures Series is a departure from my signature abstract figures. It was inspired by my move back to the Midwest from the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. As beautiful as the mountains are, I realized how much I loved the prairie landscape. The way the vast expanse meets the sky can seem lonely at times, but to me, it will always be home.
